Agenda
To receive and accept any apologies for absence.
To receive any Declarations of Interest.
To approve and sign the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 9 January 2012, as a true record.
To note matters arising from the Minutes of the 9 January 2012 Meeting, not covered by agenda items. (For information only).
To open the Meeting for Public Discussion and Questions.
(Open to members of the public to raise issues and ask questions.)
To consider and comment upon the following Planning Application:
S.12/0055/FUL. Planning Application for the “conversion and extension to stable block to create one dwelling at Katharines Farm, Swinhay Lane, Swinhay, Wotton-Under-Edge, Gloucestershire, GL12 7PH.”
To agree representation and the Council’s approach to the proposed “Consultation Arrangement” with Stroud DC, which is to be discussed at Cam TC Offices on 29 February.
To consider ideas and agree an Agenda for the Parish Meeting on 3 April 2012.
To Receive a written District Council Report from a Stroud District Councillor.
To Receive a written County Council Report from County Councillor Dr J Cordwell
To Receive and Discuss Reports of Committees and Meetings attended by Parish Councillors
To Receive and Approve the Cemetery Report.
To Receive and Sign-off the Cemetery Maintenance Plan.
To agree the date and arrangements for “A Parish Spring Clean”.
Parish Council Finances.
To Receive a Quarterly Report of the Finances of North Nibley Parish Council.
To approve the Invoices and draw up cheques for items on the enclosed Payments Schedule.
To approve a business case to purchase a laptop, projector & screen for use by the Council in conjunction with planning applications.
To approve the cost of printing an Annual Report insert in the May edition of “On The Edge”.
To Receive for information details of Correspondence received.

6 March 2012 at 7.30 pm.
